Finance and Accounting Supervisor  

JOB SUMMARY

He/ She shall oversee the daily transactions of each accounting section

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise accounting specialists and validates all reports for submission
• Ensure department rules implementation
• Validate sales order with new deals and discounts and secure FAM approval
• Prepare monthly collection target
• Check daily collection report submitted by Treasury Specialist
• Verify voucher and check amount against invoices submitted by accounts payable specialist
• Ensure that monthly deadlines for tax and mandatory remittances are being complied
• Validates adjustment entries for FAM approval
• Prepares computation for customer rebates
• Submit weekly activity report
• Others that the management may assign
