HR Officer  

The Role

This is a new role in the company for the HR function, with focus on recruitment while covering general HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, screening/selection, and hiring of company manpower resources.
• Ensure hiring pool availability.
• Handle contracts of employees and consultants.
• Prepare basic HR policies and procedures.
• Rationalize compensation and benefits program.
• Rationalize company salary/compensation structure.
• Handle all other HR matters (job description, performance management, employee relations, etc.) subject to prioritization.
• Monitor and consolidate daily, weekly, monthly performance reports needed by the President.
• Act as Admin Assistant to the President.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR, preferably with supervisorial/managerial functions.Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Strong people management skills;
• Very good negotiation and conflict management skills;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills.
