Product Manager  

Our company consist of tribes which includes squads and each squad has specific goals. Each tribe define as retail tribe, distribution tribe and financial service tribe and every tribe leads by Tribe Leader. As a Product Manager you'll be part of one tribe and expected to create a better working system.

What will you do?

• Providing vision and direction to the team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
• Plan and development for the product.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and customers to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Working closely with engineering, quality assurance, and project management teams to scope efforts, identify and manage dependencies, and verify implementations.

What you need to have?

• Minimum of 2 years product management experience.
• Experience leading projects teams.
• Experience functioning as a product owner in an agile software development team.
• Strategic thinker and very strong attention to details.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with great efficiency and attention to details.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Understanding of Trello, JIRA, GitLab, GitHub.
• Understanding of canvas model : idea validation, design thinking, business model.
