Business Development  

Work with the California business team on sales and marketing, including outbound lead generation, using video conference for customer demos, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for new business leads and business opportunities to achieve targets and company goals
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Responsible for all business transactions and assure new business subscriptions and retention and maintain excellent client service management
• Forecast and track sales targets based on set sales metrics of the company
• Identify growth areas of the assigned accounts to assure continuous sales progress
• Communicate with team members to properly brief, and endorse new account and all of its service deliverables
• Maintain strategic communication with accounts and proactively inform about new innovative services the company has to offer.
• Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.

• Candidates should have at least 2 years of work experience.
• Candidates should love to learn and ask questions, be detail-oriented, work well on a team, be self-directed and willing to take initiative in their work, and enjoy working with people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills and can easily adapt with different customer behavior.
• Willing to work US hours.
• Good internet connection and technical support skills a major plus.
