Customer Relationship Management Associate  

This job entails:

• Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
• Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements.
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company.
• Working directly with customers, CRMs resolve customer complaints and answer questions surrounding the company and its products or services.
• Working with Marketing and Sales to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value.
