- Promote and drive the sales of a company's goods or services.
- Support the marketing department by carrying out the daily tasks to keep the department functioning and facilitate the duties of the Marketing Manager and Account Executives.
- Give new ideas and process to his/her assigned department.
- Participate in brainstorming and Creative meetings.
- Assist in the marketing departments efforts in brand-building and publicity.
- Help develop marketing programs for products.
- Help create marketing and POP materials.
- Maximize online opportunities via website optimization and skilled use of social media channels.
- Act as media and marketing partner liaison for the organization.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suites, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong visual aesthetic skill set to conceive, design, and execute marketing projects.
- Able to complete projects in the time that was set.
- Resilient in facing obstacles.
- Capable of out-of-the-box thinking (ma-diskarte!).
- Takes initiative in their work and other tasks.
- Pays attention to detail.
