Business Development Associate  

To promote various cultural exchange programs of different foreign governments to students and young professionals seeking career or educational advancement overseas and assist them with their entry to these programs from their application to their departure arrangements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitation of cultural exchange program orientations, both in house and on site.
• Planning and creation of marketing materials and tools to promote the programs like Power Point presentations, brochures, handouts, online media etc.
• Over-all in charge of client (visa sponsor) relations particularly in recruitment services
• Job forecasting and headcount projection
• Coordination of hiring activities like job fairs, host company interviews etc.
• Document processing for candidates for government permits.
• Visa interview appointment scheduling activities of our candidates as well as ensuring their requirements for their visa interviews are complete before their actual US Embassy interviews.
• Conducting pre-departure orientation and preparation processing for applications.
• Conduct site visit worksites and locations in the United States to monitor and evaluate the programs to ensure that it adheres with federal regulations and mandates set forth for the programs by the various government agencies particularly the US State Department.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Espana, Manila
