Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Monitor product quality during the production process and evaluate a finished product is within specification to ensure that only quality products will be delivered to customer.
- Conduct sampling of in-process materials and finished products.
- Conduct moisture analysis, PDI test and other tests required to evaluate the quality of the product.
- Conduct sampling of raw material delivery and evaluate quality if acceptable or not based on the set specification and issue raw material disposition whether accepted, rejected or conditionally accepted.
- Control formulation copy issued to the production team and retrieve the document after production to ensure that only an updated version of the formula will be used.
- Monitor base mix preparation activity to check if correct ingredients are used based on the weighing card.
- Monitor inventory of remill consumed and generated. Advise the production team on the inclusion of remills in every product as approved by the Formulation Department.
- Manage retention sample area. Ensure that it is properly label or identify.
- Assess the quality of finished product that is stored in the warehouse for 2 weeks and above.
- Perform task other than specified above when required by immediate superior.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2 years experience on related field.
- Willing to work on a warehouse/production setting.
- Willing to accept areas of the assignment which will be in Sta. Maria and Guiguinto
- Attentive to details.
- Experience in feed mills production preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A team player, can work under minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of accountability, and initiative.
