Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the fuctionality and coordination of the department's activities
- Support the Marketing Manager in organizing campaigns and projects
- Update spreadsheets, database, and inventories of departmental logistics
- Update and monitor financial and nonfinancial assests of the Marketing department
- Assist in organizing promotional events, digital campaigns, and oversee facilitiation of its sucess
- Assist in public relations, events, and other projects as required by the Marketing Manager
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communication Arts or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years experience in Marketing
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant
- Good understanding of office management
- Can multi-task and strict in meeting deadlines
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
