Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Administers first aid treatment and proper medication to employees.
- Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients
- Assesses and issues fit-to-work clearance to employees.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Documents and maintains patient records of all employees.
- Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Will be the primary Safety Officer of the company.
- Spearheads programs about Health and Wellness, promoting month-long campaigns for all employees.
- Be the point of contact between the company and its accredited clinic, helping to translate medical reports (pre-employment, Annual Physical Exam, check-ups) to employees.
- Prepares compliance reports for DOLE.
- Performs other duties assigned by Admin department.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Registered Nurse.
- At least 6 months experience as a Company Nurse; Experience in a clinic or hospital is also an advantage
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certification is an advantage.
- Flexible in terms of working hours, willing to work on the night shift if needed.
- Familiar with handling employees’ HMO coverage.
- Willing to work in Ortigas.
- Can start ASAP.
