- Business-to-Business Account.
- Track accounts receivables and keeps aging amounts at targeted levels.
- Check the status of submitted claims.
- Re-submit claims for appeal.
- Send out patient statements.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Good English Communication skills
- At least College Level
- Call Center/BPO experience is a plus but NOT required
- Weekends Off
- Amenable to work a graveyard shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
- Amenable to work in Ortigas.
