Sales Manager  

This position will be responsible for meeting / increasing sales volume set through the development and maintanence of Stella Rosa Wines and future product lines.

Specific responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and new retail, restaurant & distributing partners
• Effectively implement company policies, guidelines and strategies related to sales and relationships
• Work closely with Distribution and Operations Teams to ensure supply requirements of clients are known and met.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales report
• Monitor and control inventory and coordinate the completion of purchase orders, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and deliveries
• Report any competitor movement or activity
• Achieve accounts receivable targets in accordance with credit terms and policies. Assist Credit and Collection with the collection of overdue payments
• Maintain good working relationship with clients to retain them and foster loyalty

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management / Marketing & Sales or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in Wines & Spirits and Sales & Marketing is required for this position
• Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Capable of going out on sales calls, creating sales campaigns, and creating team if necessary
• Experience in Social Media & Online Marketing a Plus
