- Integrated e-commerce plan for Lazada and other e-commerce platforms.
- Develop components for e-commerce applications such as product, pricing, and promotions.
- Do technical implementation necessary for e-commerce service distribution systems.
- Perform inspection report on the proper operation of e-commerce procedures.
- Design integrated e-commerce systems.
- Select e-commerce applications and define proposed agreements with third parties.
- Implement customer support solutions.
- Adept documentation to product functionalities.
- Identify customers' requirements.
- Perform Marketing techniques applied to electronic commerce.
- Perform steps necessary for completing orders.
- Optimize sales management (e.g warehouse, sales, returns etc.)
- Ensure increase in sales.
- Perform Market research on e-commerce trends.
- Recommend plans and programs.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of business or any related degree.
- At least two (2) years of experience in e-commerce handling consumer products.
- In-depth knowledge on digital marketing and e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of online gateway systems.
- Knowledgeable of e-commerce platforms from a functional point of view.
- Ability to interact with various corporate positions (sales, logistics, product, etc.).
- Ability to understand customers' requirements and transfer them to the e-commerce system.
