Procurement Officer  

Inventory
- Monitor, manage and update weekly inventory of supplies and finished products
- Monitor and record durability and quality of goods on a monthly basis

Consumption of Raw materials
- Compute consumption of raw materials needed for each job order
- Gather information as a basis for proper computation (Ex. Marker, layouts of prints)
- Issue purchase requisition for each job orders and forward to accounts team for budget approval
- All purchases must be cost-efficient

Sourcing Project and Resource Requirements
- Source best deals of requirements needed by sales and marketing, research and development and operations teams
- Source must be cost-efficient and competitive

Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Get and keep records of information of suppliers and subcontractors
- Keep record and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors on a monthly basis for each project
- Maintain and establish strong but strategic work partnership
- Discuss and negotiate the best terms available

1. Possess at least a College Degree
2. At least 2 year (s) of working experience in related field in Procurement Management
3. Fluent in both English and Filipino language
4. Competencies: problem-solving, interpersonal, managerial, organized, planning and strategic, negotiation, punctual, numerical, MS Office, Excel
