Purchase Order
- Prepare P.O. upon receiving purchase requisition forms from the procurement team
- Submits to general manager for budget approval and signature
- Dispatches P.O. to suppliers and subcontractors
Payroll
- Keeps a good record of attendance of employees
- Compute and prepare cash vouchers
- Distribute to employees
Payments
- Monitor and keeps a good record of weekly replenishments
- Files receipts
- Submits monthly expenses
- Monitors deadline of payments for government expenses and payables
- Submits budget sheets
- Do bank deposits, withdrawal, and remittances
- Dispatches payments
Collection
- Prepares billing statements, sales invoice, receipts for clients
- Monitors account receivables on a weekly basis
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Possess at least a College Degree
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field in Finance and Accounting Management, Business Administration
- Fluent in both English and Filipino language
- Competencies: problem-solving, interpersonal, managerial, organized, planning and strategic, negotiation, punctual, numerical, MS Office, Excel
- Applicants must be willing to work in Malabon City
