Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Perform payroll for the weekly wage earners.
- Perform semi-monthly payroll.
- Take charge of the remote checking of attendance of the Administration Office, Warehouse 1 and Branches with Biometrics of all Companies.
- Monitor the approved leaves, encode into the payroll register, and maintain a file of the leave forms.
- Encode the employees' loans from SSS, PAG-IBIG, and the Company to the bank's Payroll System.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any other business course.
- At least 6 months of Accounting or payroll & benefits experience.
- Administratively efficient
- Efficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel
