- Conducts regular consumer research (formal and informal) to monitor changing consumer preferences.
- Manages the assigned product category sold through different sales channels (retail, high street, etc.)
- Requests, coordinates, and facilitates output from internal designer.
- Plans and manages participation in local events and activations.
- Manages the communication plan, including digital marketing, and social media.
- Delivers sales targets for the product category.
- Delivers other Key Result Areas and performance indicators for the sales channels.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have specific actual experience and skills in:
- Creating, launching and managing tactical sales promotions
- Project Management
- Product Management
- Working knowledge on MS Excel spreasheet to compute Net Marketing Contribution (payback of Marketing expense)
- Knows how to drive with valid driver's license.
