Job Summary
Reports directly to the Operations Manager. Responsible for all activities involved in the Sales and Marketing of Fertilizers in the General Trade Sector and Big Land Owners as well. Will also be responsible in developing networks of dealers. Key Result Area will cover the whole of Mindanao.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop team of Technical Sales Representative (TSRs) with the aim in view of achieving target/deliverables.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and programs for new and existing products.
- Analyze the customer's current market conditions and competitor information.
- Formulate and manage the marketing and sales budget for desired results.
- Regularly monitor sales performance vis-a-vis target of all sales personnel.
- Manage Sales Calls of all TSRs and provide assistance as deemed necessary.
- Ensure compliance of all sales and office personnel to existing policies and procedures especially Cash Handling Policy etc., and confer with HRAD in administering disciplinary actions as and when needed.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College Graduate, Post Graduate Education in Marketing and Agriculture is a plus.
- With at least 5 extensive years of experience with proven sales results. Preferably in the agricultural industry particularly in selling unique and specialty fertilizers.
- Strong leadership skills, experience in handling a team. Trustworthy and with high degree of integrity.
- Willing to travel.

UNILOX FAR EAST RESOURCES INC. (UFERI) was incorporated in August 2011 as a subsidiary of UNILOX INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION for the purpose of expanding the business of importing and distribution of agricultural inputs such as fertilizers and micronutrients to the banana and pineapple plantations in Mindanao and other areas nationwide.
UFERI started as the distributor of Inkabor's line of Boron micronutrients as well as Zinc, Magnesium and others. Over time, the company added more plant nutrition products concentrating on specialty fertilizers that bring much added value and benefit to its customers.
Starting with controlled nutrient releasing N and K fertilizers (TIERRACOAT), the company has expanded its product lines to include such innovative products as Amino Acid Chelates (TIERRASOL), All-In-One Bulk Blended Fertilizers (TIERRACOAT MX), Pesticide Adjuvants (ENZAPRO), and more.
In June 2017, UFERI's subsidiary, TIERRA AGRI TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (TATI) inaugurated the first Premium Controlled Released All-In-One Fertilizer Bulk Blending Plant in Davao City to serve UFERI's client base of banana, pineapple, oil palm, sugarcane, and other crop segments in Mindanao.
