Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provide administrative support to address day-to-day concerns and requirements at the site / office by coordinating with internal and external parties concerned
- Assist the Department Manager in overseeing the team and ensuring that everyone is aligned with the direction of the Company.
- Participate in project budget planning and development.
- Establish project work plan and calendar.
- Monitor, review, and evaluate progress.
- Track related activities and needed documents for the completion of the assigned projects by preparing reports, milestones, and other activities of the group and clients.
- Provide project information and update to the team.
- Act as the resource person by performing research, analyzing information, and providing accurate documentation and reports.
- Prepare records of project activities.
- Ensure the timely processing of the delivery of required materials.
- Perform other admin related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree.
- Preferrably with experience in Admin and Documentations.
- Telco background is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Organized and honest.
- Knows how to lead and manage a team.
- Can-do attitude.
- Willing to work in Taguig City.
