Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop standards, policies and procedures to support high quality OD services
- Participate in the organization’s Strategic Planning and facilitates in-house planning that ensures implementation of key goals
- Contribute to the development of HR & OD documents such as the ‘Code of Discipline and Conduct’
- Maintain networks of communication at all levels across the organization
- Ensure all tasks are performed with accuracy, discretion, judgement and confidentiality as circumstances dictate
- Ensure business and legislative requirements are adhered to at all times
- Take part in the Performance Review process
- Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas and recommend training and development systems
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Applied Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent
- With at least 3 years of experience in organizational development
- Knowledge of human resource operations and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in Taguig City
