Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for initial sourcing and prescreening of identified candidates for required job vacancies.
- In charge of managing HR records (201 and online files).
- Facilitates the timely processing of regularization and performance appraisal of all employees.
- Keeps an updated archive of all HR forms and templates including an archive of Job Descriptions, Key performance indicator and all other employee performance related documents.
- Coordinates with the training and development department regarding employees for training.
- Monitors employee attendance and seek advice from department superiors regarding the issuance of memos to attendance violators.
- Monitors leaves and coordinates with Payroll on deductions and balances.
- Conducts policy orientation to new hires and ensure completeness of all of their employment requirements.
- Preparation of memos for employees.
- Responsible for over all offboarding process.
- Other HR administrative duties from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience as an HR assistant is required for this position.
- Highly efficient and organized and can work on given deadlines
- Must have good organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task
- Above average communication skills
- Adept in the use of MS office
- Can work in a diverse and highly dynamic working environment.
