- Identify and make contact with potential clients.
- Present the company’s products and services to the clients in their offices and at conferences and exhibitions.
- Attend trade exhibitions and other sales related activities.
- Update and maintain a database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details.
- Meet annual sales targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (ex. Sales Calls Report, Contracted Rates, etc).
- Provide feedback from guests and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery.
- Respond to sales requirements of existing and potential customers.
- Target to visit at least 8 accounts a day.
- Deliver after sales service.
- Ensure effective internal communications within the Department and all other departments of the company.
- Report to and meet with the Sales Team once a week.
- Assist in the identification of opportunities for new products and for enhancement and development of existing products.
- Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that market.
- Perform other duties as may be required by Management.
