Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Attend to all inquiries and concerns of client/members
- Assist clients for the approval of their availment with HMO provider's coordination
- Reverts to the client for feedback regarding the status of their concern
- Assist the members in securing Letter of Approval including but not limited to the following:
- Annual Physical Exam
- Executive Check-ups
- Consultation
- Requested Test and/or procedure for In-patient and Out-patient.
- Handle endorsement for new enrollees, cancellation and corrections.
- Record all inquiries, comments and complaint as well as actions taken.
- Encode all delivered and received IDs
- Maintain records and handles reimbursement forms/ documents for endorsement to Claims Department.
- Inform member for the status of their claims
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Computer Proficient (MS Excel, Word, MS Powerpoint)
- Average Communications Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in clerical function.
- Customer focuse, attention to details, diligent and honest, organization and coordinations skills.
