Business Senior Analyst  

• Communicate and collaborate with ISM and other team members to develop solutions as needed
• Agile - Scrum Framework knowledge is preferred. Can write, and has experience on creating Product Backlog / User Stories
• Translate business requirements into both high-level and detailed functional specifications.
• Defines system scope and objectives through research, discussions and fact-finding
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications and / or user stories.
• Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities
• Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes
• Involved across the board in strategic planning, business model analysis, and process design
• Defines project scope by assessing the required resources and potential risk
• Conducts business research for document analysis, brainstorming, and prototyping
• Gathers project requirements
• Creates requirement specifications and maintains up-to-date specifications
• Creates technical documentation of the project that will be used by the development team and platform users
• Performs acceptance testing
• Performs other related duties as required

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar discipline

Minimum Experience/Training

• At least two years of experience in a similar position
• Technical Writing Skills, Business Process Documentation.
• Handled data related projects
• Handled enterprise projects.
• Has an understanding on SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
