Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for mapping out all the key players in the industry including commercial real estate agents, landlords, head of CREs & Project Managers
- Has to build and maintain relationships with them and subsequently track opportunities and pipelines to ensure that the company can be part of the RFPs when the time is ripe
- Be involved in the account management of the projects from tender submissions to presentation, to relationship management during the course of the project, and finally project close out
- Responsible for the P&L of the projects and play a critical role in the profit maximization of the compan
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any 4 or 5-year course
- Has at least 2 years of Business Development or Account Management experience in Fit-Out, Design, Construction, Real-Estate or other related field.
- Highly presentable and articulate
- Has excellent English communication skill; both written and verbal
- Can demonstrate a positive mindset and tenacity as no business development role is ever too easy
- Can show strong leadership to prime him/herself to assist in building a strong BD team in the near future
- Successful hire will be called as a Business Development Manager
