Project Manager  

Project Manager shall be responsible of the following:

• Own, manage and drive assigned projects to their successful completion
• Track and ensure deliverables in project plans are achieved within the given cost, schedule, scope, quality and delivery
• Follow Project Management Framework and corporate processes to execute projects ensuring compliance with all deliverables and stage reviews
• Work alongside with Human Resources team in assessing possible contractors to be used for the project scope
• Allocate, manage and train manpower resources (internal or external) according to the current and changing requirement throughout project life cycle
• Set and communicate timely and properly expectations to respective members and stakeholders throughout project life cycle
• Set and delegate tasks and responsibilities to respective members and stakeholders throughout project life cycle
• Set and disseminate project success criteria to respective members and stakeholders throughout project life cycle
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Plan and schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and concerns, and device contingency plans
• Accurately present the project status towards all stakeholders, which includes key risks, issues and dependencies towards the customer, internal resource, external resource and suppliers.
• Work alongside Project Logistics Assistant to ensure proper tracking of ingress and egress of to be delivered, delivered, used and unused materials needed for project scope.
• Work alongside Project Documentation Assistant to ensure proper tracking, recording and delivery of pertinent documents related to project scope.
• Must review Project Billing milestones and ensure that each implementation milestones are met to ensure billing are properly and timely submitted and work alongside the account team in chasing the customer for accounts receivable

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, System Analysis or any related field of study.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on IT project management experience.
• Experience in delivery of successful Enterprise level IT Infrastructure project including data center moves, security, desktop refresh, database, network and/or server projects.
• Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain client relationship.
