Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- To implement merchandising strategy in the department (to create Differentiation and Margin Drive) in line with market expectation and the whole Commercial Strategy.
- To be able to foresee market (growth) and oppurtunity. In order to achieve the department's goal, which are Sales, Gross Margin, Customer Satisfaction, and Brand Image.
- To promote best selling items in order to maximize profits. To assess sales performance of ranges. To maintain good relationship with suppliers.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Good communication in English, Computer.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Merchandising ar retail company, such as having an experience in Cleaning Appliance
- Having good understanding in Retail Business and Market Connection especially with local suppliers is a must.
- Capable in communication with suppliers and buying management (consginment).
- Good perseverance in under pressure situation.
- Have a good communication skill.
