Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Monitoring the available space in the regulated area/zone for new store/old store
- Montioring all available space for tenant
- Controlling income management related to tenant (income/expenses)
- Monitoring employees under his/her responsibility
- Evaluating Shopping Mall activities reports
- Working closely with other related department and tenants
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years worked in Shopping Mall, Building Management, Property and Tenant Relation.
- Possess good knowledge of shopping mall, building management, property and tenant relation.
- Possess good knowledge of legal contract, agreement and lease contract/agreement.
- Has good net working related with shopping mall tenants.
- Familiar with assets management.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work hard in underpressure situation.
- Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill.
- Willing to travel on high frequency level.
