Bank Reconciliation Staff  

Job role is to ensure that cash amounts in an organization’s accounting ledgers reconcile with actual bank balance.

with following tasks:

• Assist in the production of the monthly profit and loss reports by preparing and posting journals then analysing results.
• Liaising with relevant bank and credit card merchant acquiring companies and other external companies as required.
• Preparation of month end bank reconciliation and P&L analysis for all bank accounts.
• Investigate and resolve system errors which can occur when data is transferred from stores to head office.
• Input to the annual Budget and intermediary Forecasting as required.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially in Bank Reconciliation is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Reconciliation, MS Excel
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and experience in basic accounting skills
• English – advanced level
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic team oriented nature
• Prior experience in retail accounting environment with large volume of transactions is preferred
