  • Support in creating Job analysis, Job evaluation, and Work load analysis
  • Support administration needs in organizational development department
  • Overseeing database

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Candidate must possess at least 3rd year (7 semesters) in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Good command in english both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Preferably has basic skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, and Visio)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Lebak Bulus, Jakarta Selatan.
