Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Implement merchandising strategy in the department to create differentiation and margin driven in line with market expectation and the whole commercial strategy
- Foresee market growth and opportunity in order to achieve the department's goal, which are sales, gross margin, customer satisfaction, and brand image
- Promote best-selling items in order to maximize profits
- Assess sales performance of ranges
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Good Communication in English and Computer skill.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduated are welcome.
- Preferably Staff/Jr Buyer/Jr. Merchandiser specializing in Merchandising at retail company, such as Hypermarket, Supermarket, Department Store.
- Having good understanding in Retail business and Market Connection, would be a beneficial
- Required Skill(s): Negotiation skill
- Capable in communication with suppliers and buying management (consignment).
- Good perseverance in under pressure situation.
