Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The District Manager is directly under the supervision of the Project Head and will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise sales performance of Product Specialists (PS).
- Implement all the programs and strategies emanating from the office of the Project Head and the Principals.
- Supervise sales / promotion activities of PS and coordinate with Principals and Distributors with the ultimate aim of maximizing profitable sales.
- Train and develop PS in all aspects of responsibilities with the view of maximizing the full potential of these sales personnel.
- Maintain full complement of sales personnel through active recruitment and selection.
- Monitor area assignments of PS, quota-setting, product allocation, and delivery.
- Meet sales targets and projections.
- Ensure product movement analysis/
- Monitor expiry of products.
- Determine the number of PS to be assigned to the different areas.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- With background in the following:
- Pharma industry
- Consumer industry
- Managerial
- Supervisory
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Must know how to drive and has a valid driving license.
- Strong and pleasing personality.
