Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Serve as the Consultant to dealer service and parts operations.
- Creation of marketing plans, evaluation, and planning of daily activities.
- Travel to assigned dealerships, with possibility of nation-wide frequent travel.
- Evaluate dealer training needs and recommendation of appropriate training programs.
- Ensure compliance to corporate policies and standard delivered procedures internally and externally.
- Perform customer complaint resolution.
- Promote cooperation and teamwork between Service, Parts, Technical, and Sales departments.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Course or Business Administration.
- Experience with area operations, territory sales and service audits, dealership, or branch operations audit is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to:
- Analyze numbers and statistics.
- Give immediate and accurate decisions.
- Good customer service orientation.
- Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
- Company provides shuttle service.
