Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Design and develop civil and structural plans.
- Perform structural assessment and coordinate findings.
- Perform modifications and structural reinforcements on the plant.
- Monitor and control, structural construction activities:
- Retrofit, repair and innovate existing structures
- Approve plans, specifications of all structural construction projects within the Division.
- Evaluate construction safety and structural soundness.
- Can understand and interpret structural drawings and provide input.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- AUTOCAD and other design and project management softwares.
- Knowledgeable in Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Skilled in making cost estimates and bill of materials.
- Previous experience in construction design, estimation and safety management is preferred.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills; oral & written English.
- Has critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

TMP's head office and manufacturing plant are located inside the 82-hectare Toyota Special Economic Zone (TSEZ) in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. The Marketing Office of TMP is located at the 28th and 31st floors, GT Tower International, Makati City.
TMP currently produces the best-selling Innova and Vios. Its existing manufacturing plant has the capacity to produce over 55,000* units per year on two-shift production operations.
TMP operates with ten (10) organizational units: Marketing, Manufacturing, Production Control & Logistics, General Administration, Comptrollership, Treasury, Purchasing, Corporate Affairs, Vehicle Logistics and Affiliate Operations Support & Audit.
