Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Respond to incidents raised by dealers using a helpdesk ticketing application.
- Resolve issues within a target resolution period raised by the dealers.
- Escalate issues to (internal departments, system vendor) and monitor progress.
- Analyze ticket trends, identify root causes and propose countermeasures.
- Update and create helpdesk reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess a degree in Business Administration/Management, Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering;
- Experience in operations or automotive dealer operations is desired, but not required.
- Preferably with experience in database management, data graphing, SAP C4C, DBM and SD.
- Must possess good customer-service orientation and coordination skills;
- Has good oral and written English communication and presentation skills;
- Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Must be willing to work in Makati City.
