Receptionist  

The Service Receptionist welcomes customers thru nice greetings and during customers leaving the area, thank them for coming. Assist customer on all their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting of customer in entering the service reception area
• Express thanks to customer while exiting the service reception area
• Making sure that no customer is at a lost inside the service reception area
• Assisting of customers in almost all of their needs in line with service
• Assisting customers to their Service Advisor
• Equal distribution of incoming customers to the service advisors (an exemption may occur when customers are requesting for a specific service advisor)
• Making sure that appointment customers are handled by a service advisor on or before his appointment schedule (for customers requesting for a specific service advisor, reception time of SA may exceed the appointment time depending on the load of the SA)
• Coordination with the Checklist/ Car Jockey in the checklist process and releasing of the customer vehicle
• Making sure that telephone calls are being answered
• Coordination with Appointment Coordinators for the next day’s appointment reception schedule
• Handling simple customer complaints and solve them
• j.Answering minor inquiries by customers
• Performing of other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Candidate must be graduate of Tourism or equivalent degree
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
