Brand Coordinator  

The Brand Coordinator is an analytical person who acts as the analyst for sales team in driving sales growth for the brand by identifying areas for improvement in a quantitative analysis. He/she must be a well-rounded entrepreneur with the ability to multitask and work on a generally high-intensity working environment in which he/she is responsible for concurrent tasks. This person must also be proficient with basic computer software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other similar.

Duties:

1. Act as liaison between Sales Team and internal customers in channeling sales data information.
2. Collects, consolidates and generates weekly/monthly sales reports and roll up each Brand’s sales performance to management.
3. Works closely with warehouse and production team for allocation, stock transfers and inventory management.
4. Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including retail trends for products and competitors.
5. Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to understand quotas, sales promo performance, marketing activities and competitor impact.
6. Identifying opportunities and weaknesses in the stores and create proposal to promote sales value, brand presence and increase operational excellence.
7. Handles consignment trasactions for both brands.

Other duties may be assigned and reports to the Sales Manager

2. In-depth knowledge on products, its composition and benefits.
3. Able to coach, motivate and engage a diverse sales team.
4. Willing to do field work and travel to different locations within the country.
5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
6. Detail oriented and ability to execute sales and marketing strategies in the stores.
7. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other related applications needed for sales reporting.
