Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assists the Finance Manager in the following activities:
- Preparation of financial information and analyses, as required by the business.
- Preparation of Budget and coordination with budget holders
- Identifies and recommends improvements in the current financial system and processes to improve efficiency
- Implements financial policies and controls.
- Establishes and maintain contacts with key partners such as internal business partners, auditors, tax agents, tax authorities, bank partners, legal counsel, etc.
- Ensures compliance with tax requirements, including submission of returns for VAT, income tax, EWT, BIR Form 2307.
- Prepares the following monthly reports and analysis:
- Balance Sheet and P&L schedules
- Vendor reconciliation
- Ageing of customer accounts
- Prepares and processes the following:
- Purchase Orders
- Request For Payment Form (RFP)
- Cash flow statement and cash disbursement requests
- Monthly journal entries for TGSP transactions
- Ticketing Requests to post in Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Accounts Receivabl
- Performs other finance and accounting related tasks as may be assigned by the Finance Manager and/or the General Manager.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and a CPA.
- Has at least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to problem solve, multi task and is results and quality driven
- Willing to work in a lean and fast paced start up environment
- With strong analytical and communication (written and spoken) skills and is eager to work in a team oriented, multi-cultural environment
- High level of interpersonal skills with a proven ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel. English Proficiency (written and spoken) is a must
- Knowledgeable in the use of SAP and proficient in MS Office applications
