Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Takes the lead in gap analysis that will result in the completion of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the processes to be migrated.
- Assists the Transition/Project Manager to ensure that all activities are completed within agreed timelines and that all deliverables are on schedule.
- Ensures that the Affiliate and SSC teams adhere to the core operating model as defined during the Project Phase. Any deviations are to be escalated to the Central Team for validation and decisions.
- Prepares Visio flowcharts and other related reporting packages to track both project deliverables/timelines and key issues.
- Assists the operations team during training and ramp up phases.
- Recognizes and communicates potential risks/issues with the Shared Services Centre team.
- Liaises with local teams to facilitate learning, processes improvement/validation and logistical coordination.
- Interfaces with Shared Service teams to ensure compliance with cross-team accountabilities.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience of 5-7 years in an SSC or BPO environment, particularly in F&A Activities. Transition or migration experience is strongly desired
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or any related field, CPA is a must.
- ERP experience in SAP environment is required
- Technically sound experience in operational management is a requirement
- PMP, Lean or Six Sigma Training is required
