Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Perform matching of receipts & customer account in SAP
- Post receipts in SAP and generate unmatched receipt report from SAP if any
- Generate weekly customer open items and AR aging report, and perform the electronic distribution of statement of accounts
- Analyze SAP statistically provisions/AR aging report to compute general provisions for bad debts and allocate to cost centers based on outstanding invoice details.
- Prepare provision for bad debts journals and post in SAP
- Ensure all collection activities are recorded correctly and in a timely manner
- Generate statement of accounts for Affiliates
- Conduct matching of scanned receipts and receipt slips from Affiliates and generates receipt reports
- Ensures controls are maintained within the Accounting operating environment in compliance with SLA
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration or in a related field.
- Certified Public Accountants is a plus
- Has at least 2 years of work experience in a Finance and Accounting role preferably in AR, prior experience in a Shared Service environment or experience in Oil, Gas and Energy industries is an advantage
- Ability to multi task and is results and quality driven
- With strong analytical and communication (written and spoken) skills and is eager to work in a team oriented multi cultural environment
- Customer Service Oriented
- Exposure to SAP and high proficiency with MS Office application is desired
- Additional Proficiency in other Asian Language such as Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa and in French will be an advantage.
