- To perform tasks in the kitchen other than cooking and serving.
- Responsible for the hygiene of the kitchen.
- To prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management / Culinary or equivalent
- With experience working or training in Culinary Department
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Knowledge in Japanese Cuisine is an advantage
