1. Run reports and data analysis that identify targets SKU and Merchants for Toko Cabang acquisition
2. Tailor pitch deck / messaging to individual merchant’s needs
3. Work in tandem with Category Lead and RM to pitch and close
4. Define and execute an action plan to achieve merchant growth, inventory health, and Tokopedia geo/customer expansion
5. Highlight Trends, and identify needed interventions with Logistics Ops, Fulfillment Ops, Merchant Ops and RM to improve Merchant experience and value
6. [For telesales focused associate only] Develop training material and oversee TokoCabang telesales team (outsourced agents)

Requirements
1. Senior Associate (2-4 years of experience)
2. Strong relationship management skills
3. Data-oriented, able to translate data into sales and marketing plan
3. Curiosity about category and product requirements
4. Basic knowledge of fulfillment and logistics operations a plus, (1-3 years experience in Logistics Bizdev or ops)
