Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assisting Beauty brands with daily needs and planning to increase growth of sales at Tokopedia
- Acquiring new potential Beauty brands to onboard in Tokopedia Official Store
- Assisting the team to ensure smooth executions of campaigns
- Compiling product banks for brands for submission in campaigns and flash sale
- Aware of market dynamics, and acquiring trending brands which are not available at Tokopedia
- Training new merchants about how to sell their products at Tokopedia (from upload product, process/cancel order, etc)
- Help operational issue (eg : brand failed to set up disc, brand cannot set selected courier, etc)
- Store optimization and offering marketing packages for brand.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Last year student from reputable university (preferably majoring in degrees with numbers- e.g. Finance, Business, Economics, and Marketing).
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking and growth mindset.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good excel and data analytics proficiency, familiar with numbers and calculation.
- Strong interest in growing Beauty brands
- Good team player
- Available for minimum 3 months period of internship.
