Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Help to Execute innovative partnerships for Tokopedia in MSME empowerment and public service development through extensive collaboration with key Ministries and governmental agencies
- Regularly monitor and source opportunities for Tokopedia presence at major government events related to digital innovation, such as webinars, outreach, conferences/summits, or exhibitions
- Maintain database relating to the information of individual key stakeholders, and other details relevant to the stakeholder management
- Liaise with relevant internal teams, including but not limited to Business Units (PG, DG, Logistic, New Retail), Legal, Corporate Communications and relevant directorates, to explore feasibility on partnership collaboration with Ministry/Institution
- Process administrative activities within the partnership team, including but not limited to preparing briefing notes/TOR, developing presentations, taking minutes of meetings, processing sponsorship invoices, etc.
- Conduct desktop research and preliminary analysis of key government programs related to digital innovation
- Able to organize coordination with government officials for meetings, courtesy calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Able to create formal writing to the government for correspondence
- Compose government/non-government officials profiles and key talking points for internal purposes prior to meetings and/or courtesy calls
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Student in a bachelor’s degree in management, public relation, international relation, or related background (semester 5 until semester 7) that able to communicate to different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skill
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Want to learn and improve yourself
- Be able to work full-time Monday - Friday.
- Minimum 3 months of the internship period
- Can start the internship as soon as possible
