Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Find new supply sources for new systems, cost savings, alternative sourcing, and other forms of required supplies
- Solicit quotes, review bids, place orders and manage them through delivery and payment
- Manage inventory to minimize risk of excess/obsolescence, coordinate disposition of excess inventory, and participate in proactive cost reduction activities
- Monitor and continuously improve suppliers delivery and quality performance.
- Address and resolve recurring or critical issues by utilizing corrective action tools such as SCARs (supplier corrective action) identifying non-conformance and corrective action(s)
- Utilise allocated budget effectively
- Negotiate with suppliers in terms of price, length of contract, delivery performance, etc
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related Marketing field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Media Buyer Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role for 3-5 years
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Negotiation skills
- BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
- Handled KOL, BTL, ATL, and TVC.
