- Engage with community in Indonesia
- Responsible for organizing and managing an event, as well as creating an evaluation report
- Creating a monthly community report
- Stay up-to-date with business
- Stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the community, and be a strategic thinker
- Seek opportunities to engage the community to discover and discuss membership program objectives
- Coordinate with and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of community program execution
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in communications or business major
- Min. 1 years experience in community engagement and organizing
- Must be able to work independently and seek guidance as needed and have personal initiative
- Must have skills in event evaluation, report outcomes of engagement efforts, data analysis, and social network analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a variety of settings with culturally-diverse persons and communities with the ability to be culturally sensitive and appropriate
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Flexible work schedule to include some evenings and/or weekends as needed
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
