- Create a Sustainability and Social Impact vision and strategic plan.
- Lead a small team to foster quality innovation and execution of the vision
- Influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Create plans and programs to educate employees about CSR programs and to motivate their engagement with and participation in these programs
- Define in partnership with internal stakeholders and leadership CSR programs across the business
- Work with Communication team to develop and manage all communications and messaging regarding CSR programs, as well as monitoring and reporting results
- Lead the development of the annual CSR and Sustainability report
- Collaborate with communication and PR teams to promote CSR and sustainability initiatives to stakeholders, including potential and current employees, customers, investors, press and social media
- Be a thought leader by continually learning, being an influencer and engaging in community outreach.

- A minimum of 5 years professional work experience showing us your measurable outcomes, influencer abilities, and innovation in-action.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities.
- Initiative, accountability and flexibility in pursuing assignments.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build a community and activate others; adaptable to different cultures and business environments.
