Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Learn accounting practices under an experienced accounting team
- Ensure transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Ensure all documentation supporting invoices are combined and filed
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned
- Participate in the processing of supplier and customer invoices
- Assist in the preparation of accounting information for auditing and tax purpose
- Participate in auditing employee expense reimbursement
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned by the accounting team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- In process of completing a 2 or 4 year degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Basic command of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills – written, oral and interpersonal
- Works independently with focus on accuracy and quality
- Minimum three months of internship
