Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Working closely with any Creative Lead in Tokopedia Creative Team.
- Daily meetings with the team to make sure all projects in production are well defined and they can work autonomically.
- Prototyping and writing PRDs for project that were approved.
- Micro managing the design team to make sure that the designs are in line with the PRDs written.
- Going over the data received from current running projects, study the data and improve the company's assets towards future projects and tweak ongoing projects.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum 1 year of Product Management experience or similar working experience in the online industry or digital agency will be an added advantage.
- Works well under pressure & has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results.
- Must be a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items.
- A strong focus on detail, with the proven ability to ensure data and related reports are thorough and totally reliable.
- Experience with business users and able to translate business requirement into design requirements.
