- Data entry and general administration, related to recruitment needs
- Scheduling interview meeting for Staff, Senior Staff, Lead and above
- Responsible to monitor satisfaction level project of Tokopedia candidates Stakeholder Management, for senior level
- Doing background check for Senior candidates
- Responsible to do an administration on top of initial psychological test
- Doing CV screening for several position
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Have minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative matters (especially for international parties)
- Very details oriented
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and result oriented
- Excellent communication in English
- Have an excellence in relationship building
